none of my work is premade; it is all directed by the needs of the client. because of this, most contracts are quoted by the entire scope of each project.

the best way for us to work together is to start with an intake conversation to identify the work that the organization needs and is prepared to do. a majority of my consulting is done in collaboration with other practitioners, whose information you can find on the collaborators page. while we all have our own specific skills, identities, and approaches, our work is done in a partnership and will be billed together.

each service is listed with a range of pricing, which is set based off a vast matrix of sliding scale needs, including but not limited to:

• size of organization's operating budget

• duration and gravity of work

• demographic of leadership
